REGISTRATION - FREE WATCH MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
5 BILLION VND ALLOCATED FOR FREE WATCH MAINTENANCE
On the occasion of the grand opening of the new showroom in Ho Chi Minh City, Alexander Ferros and the Watch Institute are allocating a budget of 5 billion VND for a free watch maintenance program, open to all customers who own genuine watches in the 4 – 10 million VND segment, with no brand limits.
The program is implemented to help users have the opportunity to check, care for, and maintain their watches periodically in accordance with technical standards.
FREE SERVICES INCLUDED:
- Free battery replacement
- Overall watch condition inspection
- Accuracy measurement and calibration
- Movement oiling and maintenance
- Water resistance test
- Gasket and operation check
- Cleaning of the watch, strap, and exterior
- Technical consultation by the Watch Institute team
PROGRAM DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Glass replacement
- Strap replacement
- Crown replacement
- Dial and hands replacement
- Movement component replacement
- Other incurred repair costs will be quoted before execution
WE ACCEPT:
- Genuine watches in the 4 – 10 million VND segment
- Automatic or quartz watches still capable of maintenance and repair
- Priority is given to popular brands such as Alexander Ferros, Seiko, Citizen, Orient, Casio, Tissot, Fossil, Daniel Wellington, and equivalent brands
WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
- Fake, replica, counterfeit watches
- Watches of unknown origin
- Oxidized, vintage, or severely water-damaged watches beyond restoration
- Watches missing too many parts or subjected to non-standard technical intervention
- Smartwatches
REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR FREE WATCH MAINTENANCE:
Customers fill in registration details and submit watch photos.
The technical department performs a preliminary appraisal and sends a confirmation message (within 48 hours).
Customers bring their watches to the showroom at 160A Nguyen Cu Trinh, Nguyen Cu Trinh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The watch is inspected, its condition photographed, a receipt slip created, and the completion time confirmed.
Maintenance and cleaning are carried out according to the program.
The watch is returned to the customer with technical inspection results.

EXECUTION TIME:
- • 12-20 days for standard cases
- • Cases requiring repairs or parts replacement will be notified separately
(For customers in other provinces or who cannot visit the showroom in person, Alexander Ferros plans to implement a courier reception system in Phase 2 of the program. Detailed information will be announced on the brand's official media channels in the near future.)
