Alexander Ferros did not begin from a watchmaking atelier – it began from an aspiration. An aspiration to create a symbol for the modern gentleman: strong, composed, profound, and always in command of his own time. The brand’s founder, Mr. Alain Cao – who also stands behind JMC&Co (Joallerie Montre Cao) – carries with him more than 30 years of experience in Swiss haute horlogerie. He has held key positions at legendary maisons such as Bvlgari Time, Les Montres Boucheron, Patek Philippe, and Bovet Fleurier. Born of Vietnamese heritage, Alain Cao recognized the unique potential of his homeland’s market early on. In 2016, he became the official representative of Bovet Fleurier in Vietnam, and from there expanded his own enterprise – JMC&Co – headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, yet with a dedicated focus on the Vietnamese market. With invaluable Swiss expertise, a Japanese mastery of precision, and a far-reaching vision, Alain Cao nurtured a singular idea: to create a watch that is not merely an instrument to measure time, but a declaration of a man’s fortitude. After years of research, he discovered the perfect intersection between Japanese technical precision, the minimalist design language of Europe, and the timeless spirit of steel – and thus, Alexander Ferros was born.
